Functions are to be held on the Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
HOW TO HELP
We are looking for all the help and support that we can
get to ensure that the Jubilee weekend is a raging success.
Major Sponsors
Individuals and organisations are welcome to approach
us in regard to becoming a major sponsor. Large advertisements can be
placed in the Jubilee booklet. Banners or advertising can be placed at
the venues. The sponsors will be acknowledged at the functions.
The West Coast Development Trust has already come on board with a $1,000.00 plus GST sponsorship and Morgan Saxton has offered several deer (venison).
Keg Sponsors
We are looking for people to sponsor kegs of beer or wine. The kegs are
approximately $170.00 each.
All sponsors will be acknowledged in the Jubilee booklet.
Spot Prizes
To make it a fun weekend we intend to have a large number of prizes up
for grabs including some absolute crackers and some whitebait. If you
or your company wishes to donate suitable prizes, please contact us.
Registration Handouts
Along with the Jubilee booklet and tickets to the various venues, we hope
to build up a package of mementoes and handouts. Again if you have something
suitable that you wish to include or preferably that you are willing to
have the Club emblem or name put on, please contact us.
Photos / Memorabilia
Please bring photos and memorabilia to display on the weekend. If you
have the technology please scan the photos and email them to us so that
we can make up CDs or make a CD of them yourself and send that to us.
